A Letter from Our Founder Randy Fry

I grew up in a home full of love and encouragement in Chattanooga, TN. My father, an entrepreneur, Naval Officer, and attorney, and my mother, a professional musician, made a tremendous impact on me. After graduating from Belmont College in Nashville, and enjoying several successful years in the banking industry, I decided to pursue my life-long dream of becoming a lawyer. But not just a lawyer, a Trial Lawyer. I excelled at John Marshall Law, often participating in the trial skills competitions and programs they offered. Upon graduation, I honed my skills at three of Georgia’s finest injury law firms as lead counsel in over 200 jury and bench trials.

With a successful track record of helping thousands of clients during their most vulnerable times, I decided to open my own firm. The Fry Law Firm was established in October of 2011. After only two weeks, I had the good fortune of meeting Gulliana Goehring. She had already established an extremely successful track record at several well-respected personal injury firms. Succeeding in nearly every role the legal profession offers, Gulliana worked tirelessly with me to develop the firm and implement systems to serve each client with the highest degree of communication and care. Building on that, Gulliana utilized her proven leadership and skill set for the additional role of “Marketing Director”.

These efforts propelled my firm beyond what I could have ever envisioned. In short, we worked for over ten years to build one of the premier relationship-based personal injury law firms in the state of Georgia. During this time, Gulliana also obtained both her undergraduate and a law degree – while still enjoying her most important roles as mother and wife. In late 2022, Gulliana and I announced that the firm had evolved into a partnership: Fry | Goehring.

Success and corresponding expansion led to our firm recently relocating to Peachtree 25th, a modern high-rise building with easy access to Buckhead and Midtown. At these new offices, our legal team is even more equipped to serve. Our attorneys make a concerted effort to frequently communicate directly with our clients. They also hold collaborative meetings and training sessions for our team. Additionally, they often meet in-person with both current and potential clients. While this is not always the norm in many law offices, the team members at Fry | Goehring find this personal attention helps to bring reassurance, and confidence, to folks when they need it most.
