Certified in civil mediation and a registered Neutral in the state of Georgia, Jonathan stakes his entire career on his passion for conflict resolution. He attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, which is where he got his start working for the State Attorney (2nd Judicial Circuit). He has worked in both government courthouses and private firms, delegating matters concerning probate/estates, bodily injury, and worker's comp. Having his foot in both camps has provided him the middle ground needed to evaluate compromise, and his attention to customer care softens all edges.
When not at work, Jonathan likes to write novels. His off-time is one in which legibility and delicate choices of language get a lot of practice, and they color all of his decisions in the office.
