My father and I have enjoyed many father-son trips over the past twenty years. We have had the good fortune to visit places including South Africa, Germany, Switzerland, the beautiful Colorado mountains with hiking and rafting, and most recently an amazing trip to Costa Rica.
As one of our many adventures, we chose to zip-line at one of the highest points in Costa Rica. As we ascended the mountain to begin our zip-lining experience, most in our group, including me, had a bit of apprehension at the thought of zip-lining from point to point, all at extremely high altitudes. Despite the “moment of fear”, this was one of the most exciting and adrenaline-filled times of my life. I look forward to a return trip to this beautiful country.
